The start of something new…
What began as an idea in the minds of founders Cat Brogan and Lorraine Montague, the people that were to make Omagh Pride happen came together in June 2021, determined to pull together a celebration of rural queerness in just 4 months.
A dedicated team of volunteers worked tirelessly to make sure that Omagh Pride was the best it could possibly be, while also ensuring that the restrictions in place as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic were adhered to.
